Characters

·         Wormold:

Mr Wormold is the main character of the story. He is a British subject and he has been living in La Havana for fifteen years. He is a recognized enterpriser who has a vacuum cleaner shop. He has 45 years old, divorced and has a beautiful daughter: Milly.

·         Dr. Hasselbacher:

He is a doctor in la Havana. He is a German subject and a noble man. He is an old Wormold’s friend who enjoys drinking daiquirí with him at Club.

·         Hawthorne:

He is a mysterious and elegant man who is part of the England Secret Service. He wear formal dark suit, and a bowler hat. He recruited Wormold as a new agent.

·         Milly:

Milly is a Wormold’s daughter. She is a very beautiful teenager and loves riding in her horse Seraphina.

·         Captain Segura

Captain Segura is the chief of the police department. He is madly loved with Milly. This man is responsible of the security.

·         Lopez

Lopez is a Cuban subject, and one of the Wormold’s employees. He works in the Vacuum Cleaner Shop. He has worked with him for a long time.

·         Beatrice Severn

She is a secretary who will be part of the Wormond’s staff. She was selected between several candidates in the secret service. She speaks English and French as well. She

·     Professor Sanchez and Engineering Cifuentes

They are new people in the Wormold’s staff.

·     Rudy: is a Wormold's assistant accountant. He is very young and very pale.

·     Seraphina: is a Milly’s horse.
